6 killed in air crash

COLOMBO, MARCH 24. Five airmen and a child were reported killed when a private cargo-carrier crashed near the Colombo airport this evening.

Airport police said the private international flight, returning from Bangkok, crashed a few kilometres north of the airport, some 40 k.m., from Colombo.
