Rabri Cabinet expansion

PATNA, MARCH 24. The expansion of the Rabri Devi Ministry is likely to take place tomorrow with the RJD president, Mr. Laloo Prasad Yadav, promising to provide adequate representation to the supporting parties including the 23-member Congress and five- member BSP for a stable coalition .
