Kamlesh Kumar prevails over Deepak

By Our Special Correspondent

NEW DELHI, MARCH 27. Kamlesh Kumar Prasad of the 1st Signal Training Centre recovered from a shaky start to prevail over Deepak of Delhi `B'in two rounds in the flyweight quarterfinals of the Coca-Cola YMCA boxing championship at the Jai Singh Road ring here on Monday.

Kamlesh was trailing 1-4 at the end of the first round, but he not only bounced back in style to take an 8-7 lead by the second round with sharp punches against his onrushing rival, but also inflicted an injury on the Delhi lad which forced the doctor to stop the contest.
