Bengal girl wins Japan art award
TOKYO, APRIL 5. A nine-year-old Indian girl has won the `foreign
minister's award' at the 30th international children's art
exhibition in Japan. Rupa Bhar, a student from Chandan Nagar in
West Bengal, won the award for her work, `My friend'.
