I always played to win: Cronje
CAPE TOWN, APRIL 13. The former South African cricket captain,
Hansie Cronje, today denied he had ever manipulated the results
of a match and said he had always played to win.
``All I will say is I was not involved in fixing or manipulating
the results of cricket matches. I always played to win,'' he said
in a statement faxed to Reuters.
