Civic staff injured
MUMBAI, APRIL 20. Twenty-two cops and a civic employee received
injuries when a mob turned violent at Daulat Nagar at Santacruz
in north-west Mumbai, who were protesting against the demolition
of hutments last evening - which has been launched by the
`demolition man', Mr. Govind Ragho Khairnar, who resumed duty
yesterday after 6-year-old legal battle.
