CBI seeks information on match-fixing

NEW DELHI, MAY 13. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)
today requested the public, the media, sports bodies and
sportspersons to part with any information they might have in
connection with cases of match-fixing and betting in cricket.
A CBI release said the identity of the source would be kept
confidential if the person so desired. The information could be
made available to the Special Crime Branch wings of the CBI in
New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Calcutta.
The information could also be registered through the CBI website,
http://www.cbi.nic.in
