By Our Corporate Reporter

CHENNAI, MAY 14. e-Secure, a division of HCL Comnet, a pioneer in the field of network security solutions, announced the second network security congress in India. ``Forum for e-Secure Enterprises'' is targeted towards CEOs and CIOs who recognise the need for cyber security and its effect on their business. Seminars were held from May 8 to 13 in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Calcutta.

Addressing the Chennai seminar here to discuss ``What you can do to protect yourself'', Mr. Sanjeev Nicore, Executive Vice President, HCL Comnet, said the recent attack of the ``love bug'' which affected millions of computers worldwide showed the vulnerability of network systems to external sources. This called for even greater need for securing Indian systems.

The seminars, focussed on the latest security technologies, are aimed at providing a single platform for leading global consultants to present the latest innovations and technologies in the field of cyber security.
