T-90 tanks, AJTs soon: Fernandes

NEW DELHI, MAY 15. India will soon acquire T-90 tanks and the Advanced Jet Trainer (AJT) aircraft, the Defence Minister, Mr. George Fernandes, informed the Rajya Sabha today. Replying to debate on the working of the Defence Ministry, he said the price negotiating committee would soon take a decision and other formalities, including field trials, had been completed.
