Japan wants 10,000 Indian IT engineers
TOKYO, MAY 15. Japan is planning to hire upto 10,000 Indian
software engineers to meet an acute shortage of information
personnel. The Japanese Government has decided in principle that
foreign skilled labour must be used to keep the Japanese economy
going and maintain the country's competitiveness in the global IT
industry, a report in the Asahi Shimbun newspaper said.
