MCC kills five in Bihar

DALTONGANJ, MAY 20. The banned Maoist Communist Centre (MCC) killed five persons in Bihar's Chatra and Gumla districts late last night, police said today.

Police said heavily-armed MCC men swooped on Hade village under Simaria police station in Chatra district late last night and slit the throat of two persons. The two are stated to have criminal antecedents.

Three others were killed by extremists at Baghma village in extremist-hit Palamu district. The victims were identified as Shravan Sao, Dilu Sao and Rohan Sao, sources said.
