Isolated heavy rainfall is likely in Adilabad, Nizamabad, Warangal, Medak and Khammam.

Meanwhile, major reservoirs have not gained much during the one month of monsoon. Srisailam and Singur projects, however, have started receiving inflows. An inflow of 6,030 cusecs is joining Singur, building up the storage in the reservoir and holding out a promise for the capital city. The Singur level rose to 1709.32 ft showing a storage of 18.2 tmc ft compared to the 30-tmc ft maximum capacity at full reservoir level of 1717.85 ft.

Srisailam is receiving inflows at 3,080 cusecs. The level now stands at 781.1 ft with the total quantum at this point being 41.24 tm ft as against FRL at 885 ft (308 tmc ft).

Nagarjunasagar continues to be a sleeping giant with complete stoppage of discharge from Srisailam. Its inflow is meagre at 51 cusecs.
