BJP to bring out 'facts' about economic policy
By Our Staff Reporter
WARANGAL, JULY 9. The BJP general secretary, Mr. M. Venkaiah
Naidu, has said here that the document to be brought out by the
BJP denying RSS criticism on the Central Government's economic
policy was anything but a document to counter RSS propaganda
against the Government. ``It is a fact-sheet under preparation
and not a document to counter RSS propaganda', he said replying
to questions at a news conference. Pressed about what `facts', he
said facts about the situation.
Mr. Naidu parried questions on strained relations between the RSS
and the BJP, and said both were independent organisations.
Neither the BJP controlled the RSS nor the RSS controlled the
BJP. The RSS was only voicing its demand and it was free to do
so, he observed.
Mr. Naidu said there was no chance of the BJP taking up political
agitations against the power tariff increase in the State.
