Sri Lanka defeat Pakistan
Colombo, July 9.: Sri Lanka today won the triangular tournament
match against Pakistan. Set to score 241 they knocked off 244
runs in 49.2 overs for the loss of four wickets.
Skipper Jayasuriya (54), Gunawardene (47), and Jayewardene (49)
laid a strong foundation. Sangakkara (36 not out) and Arnold (13
not out) took the team to victory in the final stages.

Earlier, Azhar Mahmood lashed an unbeaten 43 off 25 balls to help
lift Pakistan to 240 for six from their 50 overs.
