Koirala impressed with DWCRA groups

HYDERABAD, AUG. 6.
The Prime Minister of Nepal, Mr. Girija Prasad Koirala, has
appreciated the functioning of the DWCRA groups in the State and
indicated that the experiment would be replicated in his country.
Talking to presspersons at the airport here, before leaving for
Varanasi at the end of a four-day visit to the State, he said he
would send a delegation to the State to study the working of the
women's groups here. He was also impressed by the growth of
Information Technology sector in the State.
The Chief Minister, Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu, offered all
possible cooperation to the Nepalese Prime Minister in adopting
the welfare schemes being implemented in the State.
Mr. Koirala was seen off at the airport by the Governor, Dr. C.
Rangarajan, the Chief Minister, the Minister for Home Mr. B.
Devender Goud, the Minister for Roads and Buildings, Mr. K.
Vijayarama Rao, the Chief Secretary, Mr. P.V. Rao and others.
