propaganda'' as the reason for its reluctance to accept the

India, Japan to begin security dialogue

Steamer in distress
A Sri Lankan steamer with 43 persons on
board, has been caught in bad weather in the high seas off the
Veraval coast in the Saurashtra region of Gujarat. A portion of
the steamer became waterlogged after it developed a crack on the
rear side.
