ONAM WILL be celebrated at DakshinaChitra till September 10. As Swati Tirunal's songs waft by, artisans from Kerala will display their creations. A pookkalam will grace the foyer of the heritage centre on all days during the celebrations. An exhibition on the life and works of Raja Ravi Varma will be a highlight. Folk dances, cookery demonstrations and exhibition of unique Kerala utensils are some of the other attractions. Isn't it a slice of Kerala?
