Onam festivities
ONAM WILL be celebrated at DakshinaChitra till September 10. As
Swati Tirunal's songs waft by, artisans from Kerala will display
their creations. A pookkalam will grace the foyer of the heritage
centre on all days during the celebrations. An exhibition on the
life and works of Raja Ravi Varma will be a highlight. Folk
dances, cookery demonstrations and exhibition of unique Kerala
utensils are some of the other attractions. Isn't it a slice of
