Parvathamma Rajkumar hospitalised
By Our Staff Reporter
BANGALORE, SEPT. 20. Mrs. Parvathamma Rajkumar, wife of the
abducted actor, Mr. Rajkumar, was admitted to the Mallya Hospital
here at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after complaining of chest pain, but
hospital sources said she was ``in good condition''.
The family physician, Dr. Ramana Rao, told presspersons that Mrs.
Rajkumar developed severe chest and back pain and shivering
around 7.15 p.m. ``These are symptoms of cardiac arrest,'' he
said, but did not confirm whether she had suffered one. He said
her condition was now stable.
Mr. Mallikarjun Kharge, Home Minister, and Ms. Prema Krishna,
wife of the Chief Minister, Mr. S.M. Krishna, visited Mrs.
Rajkumar at the hospital.
