Web mail for engineers

CHENNAI, SEPT. 20. Indiaengineering.com, a B2B trade exchange,
now offers free e-mail service for the engineering community.
Engineers can log into name@indiaengineering.com to avail this
free service. The site is an online marketplace for buying and
selling direct and indirect materials, products and services
besides auctions and reverse auctions and advertising one's spare
capacity for use by others. It provides various modules such as
engineering news, jobs, and career opportunities for engineers
and the like.
To support various transactions, indiaengineering.com has
strategic alliances with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), The Gartner
group and Societe Generale de Surveillance.
Accord Solutions Pvt., the promoter of indiaengineering, has
industry participation in a big way. The board is chaired by Mr.
S. S. Marathe who is on the boards of many other engineering
companies including L & T and Kirloskars. Mr. Amit Kalyani of
the Kalyani group of companies is one of the directors along with
the promoters.
