By Our Staff Reporter

BANGALORE, OCT. 13. A signature campaign against anti-terrorism and anti-kidnapping organised by Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital in the wake of the abduction of the filmstar, Mr. Rajkumar, was launched here today by the Mayor, Mr. M. Ramachandrappa.

He added that the country was anguished by the kidnap of Mr. Rajkumar, and the campaign was a way of expressing people's solidarity with him.

The Director General of Police, Mr. C. Dinakar, said concerted action should be taken against those indulging in terrorism.

Mr. Raghavendra Rajkumar, son of the kidnapped thespian, said that both the Karnataka and Tamil Nadu Governments were doing their best to secure the release of Mr. Rajkumar. He hoped that his father would be released soon.

Later, he told presspersons that both the Governments had assured Mr. Rajkumar's family that the delegation to the forest brigand, led by the Government emissary, Mr. R.R. Gopal, editor of Nakkeeran would succeed in bringing back Mr. Rajkumar within a week.
