By Our Staff Reporter
BANGALORE, OCT. 13. A signature campaign against anti-terrorism
and anti-kidnapping organised by Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital in
the wake of the abduction of the filmstar, Mr. Rajkumar, was
launched here today by the Mayor, Mr. M. Ramachandrappa.
Signing the memorandum, Mr. Ramachandrappa said the signature
campaign was a crusade against those who were disrupting harmony
in the State. India was a peace-loving country, and evil forces
could not succeed in achieving their vicious goals.
He added that the country was anguished by the kidnap of Mr.
Rajkumar, and the campaign was a way of expressing people's
solidarity with him.
The Director General of Police, Mr. C. Dinakar, said concerted
action should be taken against those indulging in terrorism.
Mr. Raghavendra Rajkumar, son of the kidnapped thespian, said

Mr. Rajkumar's family that the delegation to the forest brigand,
led by the Government emissary, Mr. R.R. Gopal, editor of
