Naidu announces party convenors for 22 districts

HYDERABAD, OCT. 15. The Telugu Desam Party president and Chief Minister, Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu, announced ad hoc committees for 22 districts on Sunday night after a marathon discussion with politburo members on measures for strengthening the party in the districts.

Mr. Naidu is keen that these committees concentrate "on the strengths and weaknesses of the party in their respective areas and also carry out the membership drive paving way for the organisational elections due early next year".

The list of District Convenors is as follows:
