Innovative lamps
THE FESTIVAL of lights is round the corner. And what better way
to usher it in than with ethnic lamps? Traditional oil lamps,
"pretender" lamps fashioned with candles and many more varieties
are on display at an exhibition at the Accessory Stop, Apparao
Galleries, 7, Wallace Garden 3rd Street. These lamps are both
functional and decorative and make an excellent gift this season.
Lamps and diyas in glass, clay, paper, stone and other assorted
material have been put together by creative young artisans.
