RAIGARH, NOV. 27 The Chattisgarh Home Minister Mr.Nand Kumar
Patel, has said that the State Government has invited naxalites
for talks talks stating that any effort for development was
incomplete without peace. ``The Government is also chalking out
an action plan for resolving the Naxalite problem in the
State,''Mr. Patel told newsmen here on Sunday.
Stressing the need for removing the naxal menace from the root,
Mr. Patel invited them for talks saying that about nine of the
total 16 districts of the newly-created state were Naxalite-
infested. He said that the Government also plans to form a
``police complaint authority'' on par with Madhya Pradesh, where
problems and complaints relating to police are solved.
