Lone insists on tripartite talks

ISLAMABAD, NOV. 28. Senior Hurriyat leader, Mr. Abdul Ghani Lone, today said the Ramzan ceasefire announced by the Prime Minister Mr. A. B. Vajpayee was ``not enough'' and New Delhi should immediately call tripartite talks, involving Pakistan, to resolve the Kashmir issue.

``Pakistan is a party to the Kashmir problem and, therefore, talks cannot bear fruit without Pakistan,'' he told reporters in Rawalpindi.
