N. Srinivasan, new President of AIOE

NEW DELHI, DEC. 3. The Vice-President and Managing Director of India Cement, Mr. N. Srinivasan, has been elected President of the All India Organisation of Employers (AIOE), a sister concern of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) for 2000-01. He will be taking over the presidentship at the end of the 15th annual meeting of the AIOE scheduled here on December 15.

Mr. Srinivasan is closely associated with the FICCI and heads its important `industry committee'. In the past, he has headed the Cement Manufacturers Association and the Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a member of the Prime Minister's Council on Trade and Industry.
