Directive to Haryana DGP
By Our Special Correspondent
CHANDIGARH, DEC. 5. The controversial Director-General of Haryana
Police, Mr. S. P. S. Rathore, was asked by the State Chief
Minister, Mr. Om Prakash Chautala, this evening to proceed on
leave.
According to official sources here, Mr.Chautala's directive came
after the Designated Court for CBI cases at Ambala allowed the
CBI's plea for condonation of delay in filing a chargesheet
against the DGP in the decade-old Ruchika molestation case.
