IT recruiting co launched

NEW DELHI, DEC 21. Mindbank, a provider of recruiting and training solutions for the IT and IT enabled industry, was launched here today. Headed by Mr. Kuldeep Nayar and Mr. Siddarth Talwar, its board of directors includes Mr. Suresh Rajpal of Trigyn Technologies, Ms. Urvashi Talwar of First American Financial Services and two nominees of Singapore Technologies Private Limited which has taken 25 per cent stake in the company.

Mindbank has also entered into alliances with the University of California, Rosetta Stone Language Library and Assessment Solutions of the U.S. The company will operate through two divisions - one will be a recruitment website which will attempt both real time on-line recruiting and off-line support services; the other will screen, interview and train job seekers. The company's IT training will also focus on etiquette training and consultancy for IT professionals.
