Ibhar in pact with DSQworld
By Our Special Correspondent
CHENNAI, DEC. 22. The customer relationship management solution
provider Ibhar Software Pvt. Ltd. has teamed up with the
application service provider DSQworld.com to offer Ibhar Sales on
the net.
Ibhar Sales, a product developed by Ibhar relying on the
methodology perfected by the Swedish sales consultancy firm
Mercury International, facilitates automation of sales force. The
product is already out in the Indian market, according to Mr.
C.Bernard, Managing Director of the company.
Through the tie-up, Ibhar Software is now seeking to provide an
ASP (application solution provider) solution for Ibhar Sales.
Typically, Ibhar Sales will facilitate the sales team of a
company to record sales process transactions online from anywhere
at anytime using devices such as PCs and PDA's wap phones. This
is expected to benefit a company in beefing up its sales
productivity through various analytical tools and reports
available in the application.
Providing ASP solution for Ibhar Sales, claims Mr. Bernard, will
help especially the small and medium enterprises since this
entails less investment as it obviates the need for pumping
upfront heavy money in hardware, software, training and what not.
This partnership, it is claimed. will provide DSQworld.com users
with quick, efficient and cost-effective means to introduce sales
automation in their organisations.
In a press release here, Mr. Pawan Kumar, CEO, DSQworld.com,
expressed optimism that the alliance with Ibhar would empower
sales force in small and medium organisations worldwide to
efficiently manage their sales process and improve customer
retention. The ASP solution works on a usage cost per month basis
and provides worldwide access of the application to end-users
through the Internet.
