'Osama unhappy over Taliban restrictions'

ISLAMABAD, DEC. 23. Saudi dissident Osama Bin Laden, living in Taliban-ruled Afghanistan, is unhappy with the militia for imposing restrictions on his movements which are preventing his `Jehadi' activities, media reported today.

The Frontier Post newspaper quoted sources as saying that the ban imposed by the Taliban on Osama's certain movements ``is hitting hard on his Jehadi activities and he has been pushed into an uncomfortable position''. ``Osama is privately complaining about the ban in this regard.''

They said the alleged international terrorist had recently complained to Pakistani leaders considered close to the Taliban about the ban which was becoming tougher with the mounting external pressure.

A Pakistani religious leader had recently confided to the paper that Osama conveyed him a message to persuade the Taliban leadership to relax ban on his activities. The Taliban has been saying that all communication facilities, including telephone, fax and computers have been withdrawn from Osama.
