'Decision soon on Hurriyat visit to Pak.'
NEW DELHI, DEC. 26. The Government would soon decide on the issue
of allowing the Hurriyat Conference leaders to travel to Pakistan
for parleys in connection with the peace process in Kashmir
valley, the Home Minister, Mr. L.K. Advani, said today.
Asked about the possibility of Hurriyat leaders' visit to
Pakistan, Mr. Advani told Zee News in an interview that while the
Government was not averse to holding talks with the APHC, it
would also hold dialogues with the National Conference, the BJP,
the Congress and leftists who were against cross-border
terrorism.
``At times, the Hurriyat tries to give an impression that it is
the lone representative of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. This
is not true,'' Mr. Advani said.
