International \| Previous \| Next Phalcon deal talks off JERUSALEM, DEC. 28. Advanced negotiations between India and Israel on the sale of Phalcon airborne radar system to New Delhi have been put on hold pending change of guard in the United States, Israeli Defence Ministry sources said.
