I'm sorry, says Malkani
NEW DELHI, DEC. 31. In a damage control exercise, the BJP leader,
Mr. K.R. Malkani, tonight withdrew his controversial remarks on
Nepal that upset the Nepalese Government.
``What I have stated is my personal opinion but I withdraw my
remarks if they have hurt my good friends in Nepal,'' Mr. Malkani
told PTI, adding that he was ``extremely sorry''.
