Biswas term extended

NEW DELHI, FEB. 5. The Supreme Court today approved the extension of service to Mr. U.N. Biswas, Additional Director, CBI, heading the investigation into fodder scam case in Bihar, till January 31.

The order was passed by a three-judge Bench after the Government informed the court that Mr. Biswas had been asked to continue in service subject to a clarification from the Apex Court.
