Numbers mystery
COIMBATORE, FEB. 5. Three telephone numbers against a name
beginning with `R' have been prominently written in the pocket
diary reportedly recovered from the spot of the encounter between
STF and the Veerappan gang in Sambhandikkaddu three days ago,
police sources said here. The seven-digit numbers - two office
and one residence - begin with 225, 226 and 334 respectively.
However, there was no mention of the area or the places to which
the numbers belonged.
