ITIL picks up stake in U.K. firm

NEW DELHI: Usha group company Information Technology India (ITIL) has picked up 25 per cent stake in the online subsidiary of a U.K.-based jewellery house for over Rs. 2.25 crores, Mr. S. K. Mittal, Managing Director, ITIL told PTI. The U.K.-based firm is currently a client of ITIL for which the Usha group company has undertaken a project to Internet-enable business processes.
