'No anti-dumping duty on steel wire from India'
WASHINGTON, MARCH 22. The U.S. International Trade Commission
(USITC) has voted against imposing anti-dumping duties on steel
wire rope from India and China, finding insufficient threat to
the U.S. industry. The USITC on Wednesday voted 6 to 0 against
imposing the duty.
Imposition of anti-dumping duties requires final affirmative
determination from both the Department of Commerce on dumping and
from the USITC.
