Govt. will not resign: Advani The Government will ``fulfill the people's mandate and shoulder the responsibility given to it till it commands a majority in the Lok Sabha,'' the Union Home Minister, Mr. L.K. Advani, told his party MPs at an emergency meeting of the parliamentary party at the end of the first part of the budget session. The message was clear - the Government will not resign and oblige the Opposition.
