Rabbani dead

ISLAMABAD, APRIL 16. The deputy of the Taliban, Mullah Mohammad
Rabbani, died at a Rawalpindi hospital early this morning. He is
believed to have died of cancer.Rabbani was the head of the
governing Council of Ministers.
