DPC slaps two more notices

MUMBAI, APRIL 18. The Dabhol Power Company (DPC) has slapped two more arbitration notices on the Maharashtra Government and the State Electricity Board (MSEB) under the ``State support agreement and supplemental State support agreement''. In these agreements, the State Government committed to support and encourage further development and completion of the project, a DPC spokesperson said here today.
