Vasant Info's design solutions

HYDERABAD: Vasant Information Technologies (VITPL) has announced the launch of pavement analyses and design solutions (PADS), for pavement design, cost estimates and accident analysis at intersections. Mr. G. K. B. Chowdary, Managing Director, said other products on hand were computerised hospital information processing system (CHIPS), and web-grocer (a virtual online store). Their Job Manager is another software which allocates jobs or files from web server to the medical transcriptionists (MTs), he said.

Indiaproperties.com ties up with U.S. firm

NEW DELHI: indianproperties.Com has announced its tie-up with America's largest relocation service company, Relo for providing real estate services to non-resident Indians (NRIs) staying in the U.S., Canada and Europe. ``The tie-up with Relo having 90,000 associates in the U.S., Canada and Europe will ease problems of NRIs in dealing with the Indian real estate market," chief executive officer, Mr. Naresh Malkhani, told reporters.

India Today Group Online's e-business paper

NEW DELHI: India Today Group Online (ITGO) has announced the launch of an eight page e-business paper `Thebizpapertoday.com'. The new launch has sections dedicated to business, policy, budget-01, Exim, corporate, new economy, world business and stock markets, the company said in a statement here. Created on the backdrop of a `pink paper', the Bizpapertoday.com has the look and feel of any other financial daily, with the added advantage of news hosted daily, it said.

SCSL, Microsoft joint effort

HYDERABAD: Satyam Computer Services Limited (SCSL) and Microsoft Corporation announced their commitment to jointly create and deliver high value software solutions using Microsoft.NET framework in the Asia-Pacific region. This will help both companies exchange knowledge and expertise to facilitate timely development of solutions based on this framework, according to a press release of Satyam.

Aptech's new CEO for software business

MUMBAI: Aptech has appointed Mr. Rusi Brij as chief executive officer of its software business. Mr. Brij has been the executive vice-president with Satyam Computer Services, Aptech said in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange. He would be based in New Jersey, U.S., and would oversee the operations of the company's software business from there, Aptech chairman, Mr. Atul Nishar, said.

Belsim's data reconciliation software

CHENNAI: Belsim S.A., a Belgian company active in the field of computer aided process engineering, launched its data reconciliation/ validation software called `Vali' along with its Indian partner, Spire Technical Services. According to Prof. George Heyen, director, Belsim the software provides the plant managers a better insight of the actual performance and balances (mass and thermal) of the plant whereby allowing the manager to operate the plant closer to maximum power / capacity.
