Warrant stayed
MUMBAI, APRIL 21. The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate
today stayed the bailable arrest warrant issued against the
former Chief Minister, Mr. Narayan Rane, till May 5.
The warrant was issued against Mr. Rane for failing to appear for
the hearing of the case filed against him by the Samajwadi Party
leader, Mr. Abu Asim Azmi, for levelling allegations that he had
links with Dawood Ibrahim.
