New director on Reddy U.S. board

HYDERABAD, APRIL 22. Reddy U.S. Therapeutics Inc., a subsidiary
of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, has announced the appointment of Dr.
Bruce Carter to its board of directors.
Dr. K. Anji Reddy, Chairman of the board, said in a statement
that Mr. Bruce was an industry veteran and value addition to the
board. Dr. Carter is president of ZymoGenetics, a targeted
bioinformatics-driven company dedicated to the discovery and
development of novel therapeutic agents.
In another press release, the company announced the acceptance of
two separate abstracts to be presented at the upcoming 61st
annual scientific sessions of the American Diabetes Association
(ADA), Philadelphia, from June 22 to 26.
