DPC denies plant shutdown

MUMBAI, MAY 30. Enron entity Dabhol Power Company denied in a late evening press statement that it had shut down its plant and said, ``the plant continues to be operational as required by the Power Purchase Agreement.''

``However, the MSEB has not issued despatch instructions since noon yesterday,'' it said.
