Naxals kill 6 villagers
By Our Staff Reporter
KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 15. The People's War Group of naxalites today
shot dead six villagers in the forests of interior Vattimalla
crossings, near Nimmanapalli village of Konaraopeta mandal of
Andhra Pradesh. The naxalites waylaid an RTC bus going to
Sirikonda from Sircilla and took away some villagers on the
pretext of discussions with the dalam leaders. After beating them
up in the forests, alleging them to responsible for covert police
operations, they shot the villagers dead.
The incident has occurred a day before the Chief Minister, Mr. N.
Chandrababu Naidu's scheduled visit to Warangal district.
