Correction
In the editorial, ``Impasse on Climate Change'', published on
June 18, the sentence beginning ``Every year...'' should have
read as: ``Every year, U.S. emissions of carbon dioxide are, on a
per capita basis, 20 and 10 times higher than in India and China,
respectively.
