NEW DELHI, JULY 4 . A Central team, led by the Minister of State
for Home, Mr. I.D. Swami, will pay a three-day visit to trouble-
torn Manipur from tomorrow to elicit the opinion of a cross-
section of the people on issues arising out of the expansion of
Naga ceasefire, ahead of the all-party meeting convened by the
Prime Minister on July 8.
The decision to send the team was taken at a high- level meeting
chaired by the Home Minister, Mr. L.K. Advani, today.
