PMK executive committee meet on July 14
By Our Staff Reporter
KANCHEEPURAM, JULY 8. The State executive committee of the
Pattali Makkal Katchi will meet at Tindivanam on July 14 to
deliberate on the political situation, said Mr. G. K. Mani, a
senior party leader.
Talking to presspersons, Mr. Mani said the meeting would discuss
the party stance to be taken vis-a-vis the latest developments.
Mr. Mani was evasive when his reaction was sought to the Chief
Minister, Ms. Jayalalithaa's statement that the latest act of the
PMK reflected its opportunism.
Presspersons, who were waiting from morning to have a meeting
with the PMK leader, Dr. Ramadoss, were informed that he would be
free, only after the training session for party MLAs and MPs was
over.
