National \| Previous \| Next Joshi elected to Russian Academy By Our Special Correspondent NEW DELHI, JULY. 26. The Union Minister for Science and Technology, Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi, has been elected as a honorary member of the prestigious Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. It is considered a rare honour as he would be joining a galaxy of scientists and academicians, including 24 Nobel Laureates. Announcing this, an official press release said Dr. Joshi has been invited to St. Petersburg in September to receive the honour at a special ceremony.
