Chrysalis becomes IBM's VC partner

CHENNAI: IBM has become a strategic investor with Chrysalis Capital, a technology-focussed venture capital firm based in Mumbai. It is part of IBM's net generation business blue velocity initiative. IBM and Chrysalis has also signed a technology alliance in which IBM is recognised as the preferred technology vendor for the venture firm. IBM has appointed a team, centred in India and throughout Asia Pacific, whose members will support Chrysalis and its portfolio companies.
