Govt. doctors plan mass CL on Aug. 24

By Our Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD, AUG. 3. Members of the A.P. Government Doctors' Association (APGDA) will go on mass casual leave on August 24 if there is no response to their demands from the Government by then.

This decision was taken at a meeting of the APGDA's Executive Committee, which expressed concern over the prolonged delay in implementation of the Task Force Committee's recommendations.

The association had planned a mass casual leave programme on June 20 but postponed it following an assurance by a Cabinet sub- committee to look into its demands, Dr. N. Krishna Reddy, Secretary-General of APGDA, said in a press release on Friday.
